The journal provides a scholarly platform for researchers, academics, educators, educational practitioners, instructional designers, technology developers, policymakers, and other professionals to disseminate original research and innovative ideas concerning the development, implementation, application, and evaluation of technology in teaching and learning. Published by CV Kreasi Numeratif, Indonesia, the journal is managed by an international editorial board comprising experts from diverse fields and countries. All submitted manuscripts undergo rigorous editorial screening, double-blind peer review, plagiarism checking, and ethical evaluation to ensure the quality, originality, and integrity of published research. The journal is published quarterly, with four issues annually in January, April, July, and October.
